Late Cancellation Policy

LESS THAN 24 HOUR CANCELLATIONS and/or LATE CANCELLATION policy STRICTLY applies

To all privates, duets, group equipment, in-studio & online groups as well as Lyno sessions

Please ensure you understand the policy, in order for KinetiCore as a studio to remain open, we need our clients to be sure that they clearly understand the studio policy and its implementation.

NO sessions are carried over to the next month on any of the options listed below.

ALL fees are paid in advance for the month for Pilates.

Lyno sessions are paid per session.
